Cognitive Chaos 2026 x Enter Pro: The Ambassador Program Goes Live in India
Inside Cognitive Chaos 2026 — the Enter Ambassador Program's first in-person hackathon in Noida, India: 200+ builders, 44 projects, 30+ apps built and shipped on Enter Pro in one eight-hour sprint.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, more than 200 builders walked into the Microsoft India (R&D) office in Noida and spent the day turning that instruction into working software. Cognitive Chaos 2026 — presented by Enter Pro — compressed an entire build cycle into a single day, from first prompt to live link.
And for us, it was a first: the first event where the Enter Ambassador Program came to life on the ground — a hackathon organized by community leaders who understand their local builder ecosystem.
Cognitive Chaos challenged builders to rethink how companies could operate in the AI era within an eight-hour sprint at the Microsoft India (R&D) office. Teams were asked to design systems where AI agents could manage core business functions — including Engineering, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations — while humans remained in control of critical decisions. This was not a challenge for quick demos, but an opportunity to rethink how an entire company could run with AI at its core.
After registration, networking, and a short welcome session, the event featured two talks — “Enter Pro: Interactive Workspaces” and “The Future of Work in the Era of AI” — before the main hacking session began at 11:15 AM. By the end of the day, 44 projects had been submitted, built and deployed on Enter Pro.
The Projects That Stopped Us in Our Tracks
The real test was what builders could create in just eight hours. Instead of a room full of slides and mockups, teams built working AI-native systems with real workflows, autonomous agents, and deployment paths — turning ambitious ideas into products that could power real businesses.
Among the submissions, several projects stood out for reimagining how AI could transform the way companies operate.
Taking first place, NayanVaani (Team Innova-ters) turned eye movement into a new way to communicate. After a nine-point camera calibration, the system maps a user’s gaze to an on-screen cursor. Users can look at one of six everyday phrases — including “Yes,” “No,” “Thank you,” and “I need help” — then wink their left eye to select it and have the phrase spoken aloud. With all video processing handled on-device, NayanVaani stood out not only for its real-time vision technology, but for applying it to a deeply human problem: helping people communicate without relying on their hands or voice.

Taking second place, AIFlow Enterprise OS (Team ByteFusion) automated the unglamorous work of the enterprise: employee requests, policy compliance, budget validation. Specialized Policy, Finance, and IT agents evaluate each request independently, a System Synthesizer resolves conflicts, and a human manager stays the final sign-off.

AgentFlow-OS (Team Arise) is an AI-native enterprise operating system where specialized agents manage cross-department decisions while humans retain final approval. A Marketing agent pitches initiatives with concrete plans; a Finance agent reviews them against real budget constraints and can approve, negotiate, or genuinely decline; a Project Manager agent mediates when the two disagree. Every plan pauses at a human approval gate, then fires real external actions — posting to Slack, opening a GitHub issue — and writes a full, timestamped decision trail to Notion.

His teammate added the part we were proudest to hear:
